A Bit About Me

Being a former musician, lifelong gamer, film lover, amateur video producer, media encompasses almost every facet of my life. From sheet music to award winning movies and everything in between, I've been inspired by so many artists and creators that I always tried to replicate their creations. I remember when I first started playing the violin and thought I would be composing amazing soundtracks for the next major motion film on my sixth arrangement; or when I first pirated Adobe Premiere and thought I'd be the next YouTube sensation in under a month. I'd upload artwork, sheet music, reviews, remixes, memes, and everything I could muster all across the web.

But as years passed I realized that music wasn't really a fit for me; same went for my forays into uploading dozens of videos on YouTube as well. I slowed down quite a lot, and have since learned that success is a process that requires a lot of time and growth. But it did lead to me making a lot of friends online from all across the country. I've known some of them since I was 10 years old, and since they taught me a lot about their artistic disciplines, whether it be drawing, music producing, film making, photography, poetry, etc.

Nowadays, I relate to media as a way to express myself, connect to the rest of the world, and just make my free time spent a little more productive. On days where I don't have class, assignments, or work, I'm normally just at home drawing, playing video games, and very rarely editing videos for my personal channel. I use a Discord channel to keep in touch with all of my friends and to share some of the works I'm proud of. I think its important for everyone to have outlets to express themselves, share themselves, and be confident in themselves; I'm a living testament to that. I still continue using the internet to network, I make mods for video games, stream on Twitch, started an art blog and let media consumption and creation be my gateway into making new friends and partners all over the globe. Which is strange, considering I avoid Facebook and Instagram like the plague. I probably just like smaller sites where I can just geek out and not have to be anyone else but myself.

Anyways, I don't know what else to link, so here's a picture of me live on my Twitch channel being told that Maplestory 2 has a battle royale mode.
